Hey Sarah- great idea! Maybe this is a little pedantic, but i am a bit puzzled by no. 11...
I'm puzzled that you're puzzled... Which part of #11 needs clarification?
If you're still in need of suggestions, how about:
• spend 5 min / day in quiet meditation (whatever form that takes for you) for one week; warning: may cause positive benefits to your mental well-being which could cause you to want to make it part of daily routine ;o)
• get outside 15 minutes every day for a week to stock up on some Vitimin D
